| Sunlit Advertising Sdn Bhd Saturday night celebrated its silver jubilee at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas.
Among those who attended the event, themed "25 Years of Excellence", were Cabinet Ministers, Pengiran Cheterias, envoys and business associates, as well as Sunlit Advertising's board of directors and staff.
The event also saw Sunlit Advertising Chairman Pengiran Haji Salleh Abdul Rahman Pengiran Haji Damit introduce the company's profile and launch its corporate slogan, "Your Vision, Our Mission".
The chairman, in a speech, said over the past 25 years, Sunlit Advertising has been at the forefront of efforts in promoting marketing excellence and professionalism, and that the company's achievements stand for these efforts.
With the advancement of technologies, he said, Sunlit Advertising has been effective in introducing innovative and creative ideas to serve the needs of its clients while being resourceful by embracing the new technologies.
Meanwhile, Sunlit Advertising Managing Director Jackson Ting Jack Hing, in his speech, said, "Today, I can confidently say that our staff are truly our assets, our strengths and also our future."
He also pledged that the management would continue to source the best in human resources and the latest in technology to carry on delivering the level of excellence which the company has come to be known for.
The highlight of the evening was a $25,000 donation to charity organisations - Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah Fund for Orphans and the National Orphans Fund, as well as to a recipient.
On hand to present a $15,000 cheque to Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah Fund for Orphans, represented by its CEO Dato Paduka Haji Ali Hashim Haji Daud, was Pengiran Haji Salleh Abdul Rahman.
Meanwhile, Jackson Ting presented a $5,000 cheque to Community Development Department (Japem) Director Datin Hjh Adina Haji Othman, who accepted it on behalf of the National Orphans Fund.
Another $5,000 cheque was also presented, by Sunlit Advertising Executive Director Dato Haji Danial Haji Hanafiah, to Brunei-Muara District Officer Dato Paduka Awang Haji Md Yussop bin Bakar on behalf of the recipient, Hassan bin Mahal @ Jamaludin. |
