The Second Session of the Eleventh National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the Second Session of the Eleventh National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China will be convened respectively on 3rd and 5th March 2009 in Beijing, China. These two Sessions are of vital significance in China's political life. China's economy solely performs well against the freezing winter brought by the global financial crisis, and this year also marks the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The Chinese Embassy welcomes our dear friends from Brunei media to go to Beijing and cover these two Sessions. All the details are as follows: 1. Journalists who go to Beijing to cover these two Sessions (hereafter referred to "Journalists" for short) will bear all their own expenses; 2. Journalists should send the electronic C.V. (doc.-format) of their own to the Chinese Embassy no later than 25th February 2009 and a white-backgrounded and jpg.-formatted electronic colour photo without hats (Pixel>320×240, 100KB<Capacity<200KB); 3.
